President & CEO
With over 40 years in the graphic design industry, Ivo has been a creative force behind countless corporate brands and real estate marketing projects. His expertise spans complex printing techniques and environmental design for sales and presentation centres. As Creative Director, Ivo excels at transforming concepts from the drawing board to reality.
Ivo’s extensive experience includes directing budgets, overseeing electronic print production, specifying fabrication, managing installation, and coordinating with external partners to ensure seamless project delivery. His deep knowledge in real estate marketing has solidified his reputation as an industry expert.
Before joining The Idea Partner in 2003, Ivo spent 20 years as a Partner and Account Director at Karo Design Vancouver. There, he was known for his unparalleled print management skills and his ability to bring ideas to life with precision and creativity. Today, Ivo continues to lead with passion and expertise, making sure every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

Managing Director
Justine brings over 20 years of experience as a business leader in the financial services and mortgage industry with a focus on facilitating homeownership.
Growing up as an ‘Army Brat’ living in the UK, Germany and various locations across Canada, moving was a regular occurrence. This further spurred on her passion for real estate and the importance of ‘home’.
Having finally settled in Metro Vancouver for the past 30 years, Ivo & Justine enjoy life with family, friends, dogs and the occasional bear!
Justine affords the TIP team the ability to focus on what they do best, design, while she ensures the overall business operations are in order.

Senior Designer
Born in Seoul and raised in Toronto, David has now seamlessly integrated into West Coast living. Graduating from McMaster University with a BA in English, and then Humber College’s Graphic Design program, David offers diverse capabilities and perspective, with extensive proficiencies in corporate branding, editorial design, and art direction.
Most days you can find David playing basketball or hiking with his dog, Leon.

Senior Designer
Malinda grew up in the sunny little town of Tsawwassen. She received her BDes in Graphic Design for Marketing from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2009 and has been with TIP since 2015. Throughout her career, Malinda has focused on designing for arts & culture initiatives, real estate marketing, publishing, advertising, and non-profit industries with a particular expertise in fabrication and sign-making.
During her free time, you can find her hanging out with her family, playing board games, reading, or baking.

Junior Designer
Monica grew up all around the Lower Mainland, and even Montreal. She graduated with her BDes in Graphic Design for Marketing from The Wilson School of Design at KPU, and joined TIP in the fall of 2022. Monica’s design journey has helped shape her fresh perspective of branding, advertising, social media, signage, and packaging projects within today’s multi-format world.
It’s likely that you’ll find Monica watching a movie or TV series, glued to a mystery-crime novel, listening to an audiobook, podcast or music, or eating soup.
